Ideal location Newcastle upon Tyne. Home & Field Based with regular office visits. Location is negotiable

In 2014, from a kitchen table in Newcastle upon Tyne, the Urban Candle brand was born. Over the past four years, we've organically grown across a number of channels to confidently manufacture and distribute a range of premium quality candle and home fragrance products, that are 100% manufactured by us at our factory in Newcastle upon Tyne. 

The Role:

One of our core business goals moving forward is to expand our "at home" business, and we believe there is an exceptional opportunity to grow and develop a team of independent consultants to drive volume and profit within our business. We're currently going through a period of significant investment across the entire business, making improvements to manufacturing and distribution ready for growth. 

As Head of Sales - Independent Consultants, you'll be tasked with growing and developing our independent consultant network, to deliver our sales and consultant plan. 

You'll be an exceptional motivator, experienced within the network marketing industry, and be confidently able to quickly grow this element of our business. You'll manage the prospecting, recruitment and training side of our independent consultant business, you'll motivate and mentor consultants through our progression plan, and you'll take full responsibility for our P&L, ensuring you consistently achieve budget.

This role is a demanding one, and you'll be expected to take a key role within our business, essentially becoming the face of Urban Candle Independent Consultants.

Responsible for the running of our office, and supporting all elements of our business. Experience of office management, microsoft office applications and sales ledger is essential.  

2) Sales and Marketing Executive: Expected: Oct 2018

Office Based: Newcastle upon Tyne

Responsible for the sales and marketing of our brands across multi level channels, including the management and growth of all digital and online channels. Experience will be essential, with a particular focus on digital and online sales experience.
